Here are some demos to give you an idea of the various tones that are possible with both the JN316 and the Rapture.

JN316

JN316 - The "crunch" sound was recorded using a Peavey Classic with a touch of reverb from the amp and a Tube Screamer. I personally love this uinique sound. The JN316 pickup selector was set between the bridge and mid pickups. The "jangly" clean sound and the solo sound are simply the JN316 running through my PodXT Live directly into the desk.

Rapture

Rapture -"timosolo" is me soloing and Glenn Robinson on crunch tracks trialling various sounds with the amp locked behind a door under my stairwell. We had it running reasonably hard.  Rapture - "rexsolo" is the brilliant Rex Goh playing the Rapture set at a very sweet and clean, bluesy tone. It's hard to believe that this was recorded directly into the desk - no amp.
